This DB is set up, catalogued and organized in such a way that it allows the use of a dedicated search engine to retrieve the existing pertinent information gathered not only from the available open literature but also from private communication of die casting specialists.

License Agreement needed between WorldwideCom and the User for Access to, and Use of the Database
This License Agreement governs and rules the User's access to and use of the Database and its content.
Such access and use are not permitted without the prior Acceptance, and the further Respect, by the User of all the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.
Grant of Licence against Payment of Fee:
Subject to the terms and conditions of such License Agreement, WorldwideCom, as Exclusive Distributor acting on behalf of IZA Europe, shall grant to the User, against payment of fee related thereto, a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, with no right to sublicense, license to have access to the Database, and use of its content, from the dedicated web site, solely from one computer being at any time under control of the User, and shall store subsets of the Database on a single computer.
Limitations of License :
The Database (and its content) is licensed to the User, and not otherwise transferred or assigned. The User agrees to respect all copyright contents and any notices and warnings related thereto. The User may use the Database and its content solely for his own personal, and/or internal business, purposes. The User may not:
- modify, translate, or reproduce the Database or its content;
- sell or redistribute the Database or its content;
- collect, organize or catalog the Database content for the purpose of creating a database, unless it is for the User's own personal, and/or internal business, purposes, provided however that such personal database shall never be (re)sold or released for public use;
- sublicense, rent, lend, transfer, post, transmit, or otherwise make the Database or its content available to anyone else;
- make the User's password and login information available to anyone else, including posting User's password in electronic format on Web sites, news groups or other public access forums;
- mass export the Database content;
- use the Database content in any manner which could violate any applicable laws.
Upon any failure by the User to comply with the terms of the License, IZA Europe shall be entitled to terminate the License, immediately or with a prior written reasonable notice to remedy to such failure.
This License Agreement may only be modified in writing by respective authorized officer.
